With more than 30 years of experience, Johnnie Susanto has built a distinguished career as a Human Resources Consultant and Organizational Development Expert. Starting his professional journey in the mid-1980s, he quickly established himself as a trusted advisor to leading corporations, designing assessment centers, performance management systems, and HR strategies that aligned people with organizational goals. His early contributions to companies such as Jiwasraya and Pelindo became the foundation of a career dedicated to strengthening workforce effectiveness and organizational resilience.

Johnnie’s expertise grew through leadership positions in some of Indonesia’s most prominent companies. At PT Indofood Sukses Makmur’s Bogasari Division, he served as Vice President of People & Organization Development, spearheading competency models, job evaluation systems, and large-scale restructuring projects. Later, as General Manager of Human Resources at PT Bungasari Flour Mills, he built HR systems from the ground up, designed succession planning programs, and maintained industrial harmony through thoughtful negotiations with labor unions. These roles cemented his reputation as a leader capable of driving organizational transformation while maintaining strong employee relations.

Since 2019, Johnnie has focused on consulting, offering strategic HR solutions to organizations navigating change. With over four decades of experience in banking, corporate training, and organizational development, Budi Sutedjo is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing workforce capabilities and driving business efficiency. His career spans leadership roles in renowned institutions, including Bank Central Asia, Indofood Sukses Makmur, and PT Dana Purna Investama, where he played a pivotal role in talent development, learning strategies, and corporate governance.
A Career Built on Leadership and Learning
Johanes began his journey in the financial sector at Bank Central Asia (BCA) in 1980, steadily climbing the ranks from a Current Account Officer to Deputy Branch Manager. His expertise in banking operations, marketing, credit management, and international trade positioned him as a key leader in BCA’s expansion, particularly in South Sumatra. Recognizing his passion for people development, he transitioned into training and leadership development, heading BCA’s Training Center from 1994 to 1996. In this role, he designed and executed comprehensive training programs on selling techniques, supervisory management, and customer service excellence.
His passion for corporate learning led him to Indofood Sukses Makmur, where he developed training roadmaps and facilitated leadership programs for managerial-level employees. Johanes continued his journey in organizational development at Dana Pensiun BCA, where he played a crucial role in shaping governance policies and performance management systems.

Budi holds an educational background in journalism from the Institute of Journalism STP Jakarta and has further enriched his knowledge through studies at Eduard College in Perth, Australia. Bambang Haryanto
Bambang Haryanto adalah seorang instruktur dan konsultan independen berpengalaman, yang telah bekerja dengan lebih dari 300 organisasi bisnis dan lembaga terkemuka di Indonesia, termasuk BCA Group, Salim Group, Bank Tamara, Gajah Tunggal Group, Dharmala Group, PT Sampoerna, Tiga Raksa Group, Modern Group, Napan Group, Lippo Bank, Bogasari, dan PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Dengan lebih dari seribu sesi pelatihan dan konsultasi yang sukses, Bambang dikenal atas kemampuannya dalam mengembangkan program pelatihan yang komprehensif dan efektif dalam bidang manajemen dan pengembangan diri.
Memulai karirnya di industri perhotelan internasional selama lebih dari empat tahun, Bambang mengembangkan keahliannya di bidang sales dan pariwisata sebelum beralih menjadi dosen di Universitas Terbuka selama enam tahun. Selain mengajar, ia juga memimpin berbagai satuan tugas yang berfokus pada manajemen dan pengembangan pendidikan tinggi.
Pada tahun 1989, Bambang bergabung dengan Divisi HRD dan Training Center BCA sebagai instruktur, di mana ia turut berperan dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan program-program pengembangan manajemen. Pengalamannya di BCA mematangkan kemampuannya sebagai Koordinator Program Pengembangan Manajemen dan menjadikannya ahli dalam merancang pelatihan-pelatihan yang strategis dan berdaya guna tinggi.
Sejak 1993, Bambang menjalani karir sebagai instruktur dan konsultan mandiri, terus memberikan dampak melalui berbagai program pelatihan yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi manajemen, kepemimpinan, penjualan, pemasaran, serta pelayanan prima bagi organisasi dari berbagai sektor. Ia memiliki gelar Master of Education dari Simon Fraser University, Kanada (1989), Sarjana Pendidikan dari Universitas Negeri Jakarta (1983), dan Diploma III Perhotelan (1978). Bambang juga aktif mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan manajemen serta kepemimpinan untuk terus mengasah wawasan dan keahliannya di berbagai bidang.
